Dust Floating in the Dark / A Disenlightened Dream

The performance Dust Floating in the Dark / A Disenlightened Dream takes the form of a The performance Dust Floating in the Dark / A Disenlightened Dream unfolds as a rambling stream of consciousness that repeatedly tries to deconstruct the binary between light and darkness. It seeks to undo the compulsive desire to want to know; and examines the colonial violence of ocular-centrism through Dutch window design, the Enlightenment’s entanglement vision with control, and the Protestant mandate of having “nothing to hide.”
